Black, Indigenous, and People of Color currently make up less than 22% of the workforce across major employers in the U.S., but they account for more than 40% of the U.S. population. This number further decreases when looking at the tech industry in isolation. It is a significant gap.

DiverseTalent.io was created to solve this issue. Our mission is to increase the number of BIPOC by supporting the pipeline, development, and investment of these individuals. We will achieve this by focusing on three groups:

1. BIPOC Students

2. BIPOC Professionals

3. Employers in the Tech Industry
